Introduction

S an overview
The company developed TBZL series axial flow pumps, adopts the design of single-stage vertical axial flow pump. Is a kind of low head and large discharge of the pump. Mainly used for farmland irrigation and drainage, aquaculture, industrial and mining city water supply, municipal engineering, sewage treatment, thermal power plant conveying circulating water, inter-basin water transfer and low-lying areas, large lake drainage. This product use broad areas, applicable Yu Qingshui, rain water, river water, sewage, waste water and physical and chemical liquid to form class water. This product design is simple, reliable and durable, long life, and convenient maintenance.
S use of the environment and conditions
1, the motor adopts vertical installation, motor is suitable for 5.5 ~ 1600 kw power. The motor voltage 380 v, 660 v, 1100 v, 3000 v, 6000 v, 10 kv design.
2, axial flow pump head is 1.3 ~ 15.5 m, axial flow pump flow of 300 ~ 400000 m3 / h, water diameter is 250 ~ 1600 mm.
3, transmission medium solid volume ratio below 2%, the medium density maximum 1.2 x 103 kg/m3.
4, transmission medium since the PH value of 4 ~ 10.
5, medium temperature does not exceed 50 ℃.
6, leaf half adjustment type or full adjustment type can be used
S structural characteristics
1. This product consists of two parts, pump body parts and transmission parts. Transmission part adopts vertical machine, vertical motor installed in the transmission device, transmission device with heart ball bearing thrust bearing with grease or oil lubrication. Power larger bearing outside water-cooling sandwich. Necessary when using an external cooling water.
2, the pump body routine for a hierarchical structure, special organic connection type and open type pump structure, core pulling type, fully adjustable.
3, looking down on traffic from the coupling, the pump is clockwise.
4, the pump body guide bearing as theron imported bearing, available water self lubricating or plus water lubrication.
